Indemnity & Waiver

1. Assumption of Risk

Visitors to Solid Ground Park acknowledge that outdoor activities — including but not limited to archery tag, putt-putt, prayer walks, hiking, and use of facilities — carry inherent risks of injury. You participate at your own risk.

2. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solid Ground Park, its directors, staff, volunteers, and partners shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or death sustained by any person on the property, save where caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

3. Minors

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for the supervision and conduct of minors at all times while on the property.

4. Personal Property

Solid Ground Park accepts no responsibility for loss of or damage to personal belongings brought onto the property.

5. Medical Emergencies

In the event of injury or medical emergency, guests authorise Solid Ground Park staff to obtain reasonable emergency medical treatment on their behalf at the guest's expense.

6. Acceptance

By entering the property or participating in any activity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Indemnity & Waiver.
