1. Agreement

By making a booking, attending an event, or using the facilities at Solid Ground Park, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Bookings & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Full payment is due in accordance with the invoice issued.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date may receive a partial refund at management's discretion. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.

4. Conduct on the Property

Solid Ground Park is a Christian ministry and family-friendly environment. Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, other guests, and the property at all times.

5. Liability

Use of the facilities is at your own risk. Please refer to our Indemnity for full details.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
